• Luxury residential towers, private homes, villas, and redevelopment projects

• Hospitality projects including hotels, clubs, and experiential leisure spaces
• Large-scale mixed-use developments and urban design-led assignments
• Interior architecture projects with emphasis on detailing, materials, and finishes

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, design strategy, and overall architectural direction for assigned projects.
• Develop detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D models that communicate design intent clearly.
• Translate client goals and project briefs into well-resolved architectural solutions aligned with project constraints.
• Oversee preparation of construction documentation, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, façade, and specialist consultants.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and team workflows across design stages.
• Present design solutions to clients, handle revisions, and maintain strong client communication throughout the project.
• Conduct site visits to review execution quality, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to design.
• Lead design coordination with contractors, vendors, and site teams during construction.
• Integrate sustainability principles, innovative materials, and new technologies into project solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, reviewing their work for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Contribute to internal design reviews, knowledge sharing, and studio-wide design excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is a must.

• 6–9 years of professional experience handling premium architectural and interior projects.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently from concept to execution.
• Excellent design skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under deadlines.
• Deep understanding of construction practices, building codes, detailing, and material systems.
• Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred.
