🌟 We Are Hiring: Senior Architect / Design Coordinator – Yugen Infra (Luxury Township Project, Goa)

📍 Location: Gurgaon Office (20–22 days/month) + Goa Site Visits (4–5 days/month)

Yugen Infra is building one of Goa’s most exclusive luxury townships featuring premium villas and plotted development. We are looking for a Senior Architect / Design Coordinator who can bridge design and execution, ensuring flawless implementation of the project’s architectural vision.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordination channel between the Principal Architect, Contractor & Project Management Team
• Review, interpret, and explain architectural, structural & services drawings
• Conduct design coordination meetings and resolve site-level technical challenges
• Supervise architectural works, finishes & detailing for quality execution
• Suggest improvements in construction methodologies & materials
• Coordinate with consultants (MEP, landscape, structural)
• Perform monthly site visits to Goa for inspections & progress reviews
• Prepare coordination reports and track design implementation
• Ensure quality, safety, and design integrity across all phases

👤 Ideal Candidate

• B.Arch with strong design coordination & site experience
• 8–12 years in luxury housing / villas / townships
• Excellent command of drawings, detailing & materials
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and coordination tools
• Willingness to travel to Goa (4–5 days/month)
• Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented
