Role Structure: Designed for LeadersPhase 1 — Remote (2 Months | ₹30k/month)

• Lead conceptual designs
• Develop layouts, elevations, façade concepts
• Prepare working drawings
• Handle design reviews & communication with team
• Establish your design influence early

Phase 2 — Studio-Based in Assam (₹8 LPA)

• Become the

  Lead Architect

  for all premium projects
• Guide the design team as we expand
• Attend high-level client meetings
• Coordinate with on-site engineers
• Influence brand design direction
• Prepare for

  senior leadership elevation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for luxury villas, bungalows & bespoke residences
• Full ownership from concept → presentation → GFC
• Create detailed architectural drawings, sections & detailing
• Supervise design execution via site coordination
• Maintain design accuracy, aesthetics & brand standards
• Manage multiple concurrent high-end projects
• Present ideas directly to management & clients

Requirements (Ideal Candidate Profile)

• B.Arch (mandatory), M.Arch a plus
• 5–6 years experience in

  luxury residential architecture

• Expert in AutoCAD; strong in SketchUp/Lumion

• Strong detailing, spatial sense & design refinement

• Confident communicator with leadership maturity

• Hunger to grow into a leadership / partner-level role

• Willing to relocate after 2 months remote onboarding
