Lead Architect

As a Lead Architect at Darshh Builders, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architectural identity of Assam by heading all architectural design projects from ideation to execution. Your responsibilities will include developing design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualization briefs aligned with brand aesthetics, collaborating with various teams to ensure design accuracy and Vaastu compliance, interpreting clients" vision into feasible and aesthetic designs, supervising architectural drawings and detailing, leading and mentoring junior architects and interns, conducting site visits to ensure construction follows design intent, and driving innovation in materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors/Masters in Architecture from a reputed institution, 4-10 years of experience in architecture/interior design, preferably in residential or luxury projects, strong design sensibility, presentation skills, and project leadership, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and related tools, a keen eye for detailing, and a passion for quality spaces.
