What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Code Mastery:

  Develop, optimize, and maintain high-volume applications using the MERN stack.

• Database Leadership:

  Design and manage complex

  MySQL

  environments, ensuring peak performance and data integrity.

• System Architecture:

  Implement and manage queuing systems with

  RabbitMQ

  for asynchronous processing and event handling.

• Performance Tuning:

  Leverage

  Redis

  effectively for superior application performance and caching.

• Quality & Standards:

  Ensure robust code quality, testing, debugging, and adherence to security best practices.

• Independence:

  Take ownership of complex backend logic and deliver solutions autonomously in a remote setup.

• Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Comfortable and effective working independently in a dedicated night shift.
