Project Handover for ExecutionPrepare and organize all finalized documents, drawings, BOQs, and material specifications for execution.Ensuring a smooth transition from the design phase to executionTaking complete ownership of the project execution process.Coordinating with site teams, vendors, PMC, and clients to initiate and manage execution activities.4. Execution ManagementServing as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the execution phase.Coordinating with PMC and on-site teams to track progress and resolve issues promptly.Escalating challenges, managing partner replacements, and ensuring timely work completion.5. Quality Checks & ReportingMonitoring workmanship, design adherence, and material usage.Providing regular progress updates, reports, and photographic records.6. Payments & CRM OperationsProcessing partner payments post-approval.Maintaining updated project data, contracts, and work orders in CRM for transparency and audit compliance.7. Final Handover & ClosureEnsuring all works are completed as per design and client expectations.Conducting final walkthroughs with clients.Closing all documentation and handing over the completed project.
Job Requirements

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in architecture, project management, or design–build environments.
- Strong ability to independently handle projects from concept stage to final handover.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions, design discussions, and stakeholder coordination.
