About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with excellent English communication skills. The candidate should be capable of managing complex schedules, supporting senior leadership, and maintaining professionalism while working with global stakeholders. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to thrive in a US-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel plans
- Prepare and review business communication, reports, presentations, and documentation
- Handle email correspondence, respond professionally, and track follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones
- Manage confidential information with complete integrity
- Assist in project tracking, research, and operations-related tasks
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and executive requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) mandatory
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling tools, and collaboration platforms
- Experience supporting senior leaders or C-level executives preferred
- Ability to work in the US Shift (6 PM3 AM)
- Must be comfortable with initial WFO and later a hybrid work mode.
