Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
Anticipate the Director’s needs and proactively resolve issues

Administrative & Operational Support

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion
Support planning and execution of meetings, including agendas and minutes

Communication & Coordination

Liaise with senior leadership, staff, partners, and clients on behalf of the Director
Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing appropriately
Draft professional communications and ensure consistent messaging

Strategic & Project Support

Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
Monitor progress on key initiatives and report updates to the Director
