Executive Assistant cum Administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including calendar and schedule management.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and official correspondence.
  • Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodations for the Director.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and MIS as required.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry insights.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Support the Director in special projects and business initiatives.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems.
  • Ensure smooth office administration and coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Admin Executive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor and ability to multitask.
