Job Description

Job Title:

Manage the end-to-end design process for
men’s casual wear
, from concept development to final styling.
Conduct market and trend research to identify new fabrics, techniques, silhouettes, and inspirations specific to men’s casual fashion.
Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to finalize seasonal collections and product lines.
Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics, target audience, and business goals.
Select appropriate fabrics, trims, washes, and finishes suitable for casual wear.
Prepare production-ready sketches and detailed tech packs for development and sampling.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a strong background in
men’s casual wear
.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel.
Strong design sensibility, conceptualization, and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel for market research, sourcing, and development.
Preferred Education:
Graduate from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).
