Fashion Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with experience in the innerwear segment to lead new product development from concept to bulk production. The candidate will be responsible for researching trends, developing innovative designs, creating patterns and samples, preparing tech packs, and coordinating closely with production teams to ensure timely and quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop new products in line with market trends, brand positioning, and customer needs.
• Create design concepts, sketches, and specifications for upcoming styles and collections.
• Work closely with pattern masters to develop, review, and finalize patterns and size grading.
• Oversee the sampling process, including fit trials, corrections, and approvals.
• Prepare detailed tech packs including measurements, construction details, fabric specifications, trims, stitching methods, and quality standards.
• Monitor fit, comfort, and quality standards during pilot.
• Support cost optimization without compromising on design, fit, or quality.
• Maintain proper documentation for styles, samples, and revisions.
• Ensure timelines are met across design, sampling, and production stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in innerwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, construction techniques, and fits specific to innerwear.
• Hands-on experience in pattern development and sampling coordination.
• Proficiency in creating tech packs and design documentation.
• Familiarity with sizing, grading, and comfort-focused design.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of CAD software (optional but preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
