Job Description

Job Title: QA (E-commerce)

Location:

About the Role:

QA (E-commerce)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
functional testing
for website and mobile applications.
Validate critical e-commerce flows
such as orders, payments, logistics, and catalog management.
Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
Develop and maintain
comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
.
Collaborate closely with
business, development, and product teams
to ensure seamless releases.
Maintain
quality standards under tight timelines
and multiple releases.
Support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and regression testing cycles.

Requirements:

Minimum
3 years of experience
in QA with a strong focus on
E-commerce platforms
.
Sound understanding of
end-to-end e-commerce workflows
catalog, cart, checkout, payments, and logistics.
Proven experience in
manual testing
including functional, regression, and UAT.
Ability to work
independently
, take ownership, and ensure timely deliverables.
Excellent
communication skills
and ability to work effectively across teams.
Experience in
fast-paced Go-Live projects
will be an added advantage.
