Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Director
Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the Director s office operates efficiently and professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the Director s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments



  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders



  • Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents



  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion



  • Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups



  • Assist with planning events, travel arrangements, and special projects



  • Track deadlines, action items, and priorities on behalf of the Director



  • Support decision-making by gathering information and conducting basic research



  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems



  • Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned



Required Qualifications


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities



  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality



  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)



  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision



Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor s degree or relevant professional experience



  • Experience supporting senior leadership or directors



  • Familiarity with project management tools



  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
