An Executive Assistant (EA) to a Director manages complex schedules, coordinates communications, prepares documents (reports, presentations), arranges travel, and acts as a gatekeeper, handling sensitive info with discretion to ensure the Director's efficiency and focus on strategic goals, requiring top-notch organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management:

    Manages the Director's busy schedule, prioritizes meetings, and resolves conflicts.
  • Communication Hub:

    Screens calls, emails, and acts as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders, portraying a professional image.
  • Document Preparation:

    Drafts, edits, and formats correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Travel Coordination:

    Arranges complex itineraries, flights, visas, and accommodations.
  • Meeting Support:

    Organizes logistics, prepares agendas, takes minutes, and follows up on action items.
  • Information Management:

    Manages files, maintains records, conducts research, and handles confidential data.
