Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the Directors complex calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel across business, CREDAI, and finance commitments
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and follow-up action trackers
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

2. Real Estate Business Support

  • Coordinate with project teams on meetings related to land acquisition, project reviews, approvals, and timelines
  • Assist in preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and review documents for senior management meetings
  • Track key deliverables, deadlines, and approvals across ongoing real estate projects
  • Liaise with legal, sales, CRM, construction, and external consultants as required

3. Finance Function Support

  • Assist the Director in finance-related activities including budgeting, cash flow reviews, funding discussions, and lender/investor meetings
  • Coordinate preparation of financial reports, board packs, and audit-related documentation
  • Track financial approvals, payments, banking documentation, and compliance timelines
  • Act as a liaison between finance team, auditors, bankers, and advisors

4. CREDAI & Industry Association Coordination

  • Manage all CREDAI-related schedules, meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Coordinate with CREDAI office bearers, members, government bodies, and industry stakeholders
  • Draft correspondence, meeting minutes, circulars, and official communications
  • Support organization of events, policy meetings, press interactions, and delegations

5. Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Interface professionally with board members, government officials, investors, bankers, consultants, and senior leadership
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, communication flow, and closure of action points
  • Represent the Directors office with maturity and authority

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain structured records of meetings, decisions, contracts, and confidential documents
  • Prepare presentations, Excel reports, trackers, and summaries for internal and external meetings

Support preparation of board, investor, and regulatory presentations

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 510 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership preferably in Real Estate company.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Good understanding of

    real estate processes

    and

    financial concepts

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); MIS & reporting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with senior leadership
