Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage travel bookings for staff, ensuring cost-effective and timely arrangements.
Assist with procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and purchase documentation .
Maintain accurate records for administrative activities, procurement, and payments.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Handle urgent travel bookings beyond office hours or on holidays, when necessary.
Visit banks for official work, as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in any field
  • Prior exposure to administration and procurement is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Ability to handle urgent tasks beyond regular hours when required.
