Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with departments to understand their ERP-related needs and workflows.
  • Configure ERP modules, workflows, and business processes as per organizational needs, while maintaining comprehensive documentation including SOPs, user guides, and training materials, and ensuring end-user enablement through effective training on ERP features and best practices.
  • Providing day-to-day support for ERP users, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and resolving technical problems.
  • Act as a liaison between users and technical support teams to facilitate communication on troubleshoot user issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Assist in the implementation, testing, and maintenance of the ERP systems.
  • Leverage AI tools within the ERP and other platforms to generate insights and improve decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain secure cloud-based data storage and backups.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to build dashboards for real-time performance tracking
  • Integrate CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) with ERP for seamless lead-to-cash processes.
  • Support sales, marketing, and customer service teams in optimizing CRM workflows.
  • Utilize ClickUp or similar platforms for project and task management.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot system issues, software bugs, or user access concerns.
  • Assist in the automation of manual tasks using RPA tools and AI integrations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and create documentation for ERP and software tools.
  • Monitor data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Stay updated with new ERP features, updates, and best practices, ensuring optimal system performance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years prior experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho etc.)
  • Good understanding of business processes (finance, sales, inventory, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple tasks
