ERP Coordinator

As an ERP Coordinator at MNR University Sangareddy, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the Academic ERP system across various departments. Your role will involve coordinating with academic and administrative departments, acting as the primary point of contact with ERP service providers, ensuring data integrity, providing user support and training, monitoring reports, and assisting in ERP module implementation and customization. You will also be required to maintain documentation for all ERP-related processes and escalate technical issues when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the ERP system. - Act as the primary point of contact between departments and ERP service providers/vendors. - Ensure timely data entry, updates, and data integrity within the ERP system. - Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to staff and faculty. - Monitor and generate academic and administrative reports as required. - Assist in the implementation, customization, and testing of ERP modules. - Maintain documentation for all ERP-related processes and updates. - Report and escalate technical issues to ERP vendors or the IT team. Qualifications Required: - UG / PG in any discipline. - 2 to 5 years of experience, with prior experience in Academic ERP at the college or university level. - Age between 25 to 35 years. Additional Details: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Sangareddy will be preferred.,
