You will be responsible for coordinating with academic and administrative departments, ensuring smooth functioning of ERP modules, troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and collaborating with vendors for enhancements and updates. The ideal candidate for this position should possess hands-on experience with Academic ERP platforms commonly used in higher education institutions.
