Web and Graphics Designer

You will be working as a Web and Graphics Designer in a full-time, on-site role based in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad/Aurdi Area. Your main responsibility will be to develop and design visually impactful graphics and digital assets for the university. This includes creating engaging web designs, optimizing user interfaces, producing marketing materials, and ensuring creative consistency across all digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals with the university's vision and branding guidelines. - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is required. - Knowledge of web design principles, including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstraps, Photoshop Bootstraps, and responsive design is essential. - Experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design is preferred. - Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail in design, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are expected. - Prioritize communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams. - A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field is necessary. - Experience in web maintenance, understanding of branding guidelines, familiarity with motion graphics, and video editing is a plus.
