Web and Graphics Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad/Aurdi Area for a Web and Graphics Designer. The Web and Graphics Designer will develop and design visually impactful graphics and digital assets for the university. Responsibilities include creating engaging web designs, optimizing user interfaces, producing marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align visuals with the university's vision and branding guidelines. The role also involves maintaining the university's website and ensuring creative consistency across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Knowledge of web design principles, including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstraps, Photoshop Bootstraps and responsive design
• Experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail in design and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prioritize communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
• Experience in web maintenance and understanding of branding guidelines
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
