Famous LNG company is seeking highly experienced leaders to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and project delivery across our LNG and CNG businesses. We are hiring for multiple senior positions including:

• Zonal Business Head

• Engineering Manager – LNG Plant

• Operations Director – Retail LNG & CNG

• Project Director – LNG Plant

• Project Manager – Retail LNG & CNG Stations

These roles are pivotal in ensuring profitability, compliance, and sustainable success across zonal operations, engineering, retail networks, and large-scale LNG projects.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership

  : Drive zonal business growth, market penetration, and profitability.

• Engineering Excellence

  : Oversee FEED, detailed engineering, vendor integration, and compliance with global codes (ASME, API, NFPA, ISO).

• Operations Management

  : Lead nationwide LNG/CNG retail operations, ensuring uptime, asset reliability, and regulatory compliance.

• Project Delivery

  : Manage LNG plant execution from design to commissioning, and retail station rollout with CAPEX adherence.

• Maintenance & Reliability

  : Implement preventive/predictive programs, asset integrity, and safety standards.

• Regulatory & Safety Compliance

  : Interface with NMDPRA, Fire Service, and environmental agencies; ensure zero LTI performance.

• People Leadership

  : Build and mentor high-performing teams across sales, operations, engineering, HSE, and IT.

🎓 Qualifications – By Role

Zonal Business Head

• BE/BTech with MBA or equivalent.
• 20–25 years of proven experience in LNG/LCNG/CNG industrial & retail operations.
• Strong background in maintenance management and regional sales leadership.
• Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and deliver profitability.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and digitization (SAP/AI).

Engineering Manager – Natural Gas Processing & LNG Plant

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Petroleum Engineering.
• Master’s / Chartered Engineer / PMP preferred.
• 15–25 years in oil, gas, or LNG projects.
• 8–12+ years in senior engineering leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of FEED, detailed engineering, vendor integration, and compliance with ASME, API, NFPA, IEC, ISO standards.

Operations Director – Retail LNG & CNG

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Petroleum Engineering.
• MBA / Operations Management preferred.
• 18–25 years in gas/energy operations.
• 8–12+ years leading multi-location operations and maintenance teams.
• Essential experience in LNG/CNG retail or CGD operations.
• Strong track record in safety performance, regulatory compliance, and asset reliability.

Project Director – LNG Plant

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Petroleum Engineering.
• 15–20 years in oil, gas, or LNG projects with LNG liquefaction leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in EPC/EPCM/PMC project delivery.
• Strong background in CAPEX management, risk registers, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading commissioning, start-up, and handover to operations.

Project Manager – LNG & CNG Retail Stations

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
• 6–12 years total experience in gas/energy projects.
• 3–6 years in CNG/LCNG/gas retail station projects.
• Nigeria project experience preferred.
• Strong skills in contractor coordination, site management, and regulatory compliance.
