Purpose
To be responsible for all production activities to ensure that the Plant runs efficiently to meet Production targets and that all products produced meet customer requirements.

Authority
To sign Daily Records Reports, Monthly Reports, Performance Evaluations, Warehouse Requisitions, Technical Evaluations, EDP Call Requests, Receiving Inspection Reports, Purchase Requisitions,
To prepare Weekly Schedule, Overtime Reports, Gate Passes, Pass Outs, Vacation Request, Return from Vacation Forms, Clearance Papers,
Main Tasks
Attend Plant Daily Meetings to review performance, identify immediate priorities and to coordinate all activities to best support Production operations.
Plan the Weekly Schedule for the Production department (and Sub-contractors) and control and authorize the overtime requirements.
Ensure implementation of the relevant ITP, MOC, API/ISO, and Customer Specifications in all processes during Production.
Oversee all Production processes on a daily basis and provide support and advice to the Production Engineers to ensure that both Production Shifts run consistently and achieve the required production and quality targets.
Control all Administration duties relating to the Production Manpower Contract Renewals, Salaries, and Performance Appraisals.
Maintain the required standards for safety and house-keeping within the Plant.
Devise and implement enhanced Roll and Machine setting practices and systems to improve productivity yield and quality.
Assist in the preparation of the Monthly Production schedule and coordinate with all other department to ensure it is achieved.
Preparation and implementation of Annual Training Plan.
Other Task
To implement ISO 9001 standard and API Q1 specification.
Minimum Qualification/ Experience
Bachelor degree in Engineering
3 years experience in a similar position in an ISO certified Company and ideally familiar with API 5L/5CT and other International specifications.
Excellent computer and communication skills in English (Arabic is in advantage).
Good attitude and hardworking
Flexible to long hours work and shifting schedule.
