Job Profile Client Relations Associate: We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Client Relations Associate (CRA) to join our team.. CRA will be responsible for lead generation via the process of identifying and cultivating potential customers for the profitability of the business. The role is responsible for growing the new students count and managing existing clients by providing quality and consistent customer service and satisfaction at all times. Responsibilities Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships Understand customer needs and present suitable services to meet their requirements Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless on boarding and service delivery Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution of client queries or concerns Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
