Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Engagement Specialist to lead audience engagement through email campaigns, WhatsApp communication, and website content, with a focus on blogging and push notifications. This role involves creating impactful strategies to enhance customer interaction, drive traffic, and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email campaigns for customer engagement, promotions, and updates.
  • Develop audience-specific email templates with personalization and dynamic content strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and designs to optimize open and click-through rates.
  • Manage email lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

WhatsApp Communication:

  • Create and manage WhatsApp campaigns to connect with customers in real time.
  • Implement automation tools for timely and personalized responses.
  • Track customer interactions on WhatsApp to refine messaging and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain WhatsApp Business accounts, ensuring consistent branding and tone.

Website Engagement:

  • Lead blogging efforts, creating or curating engaging, SEO-friendly content aligned with the brand’s voice.
  • Develop and implement strategies for website push notifications to drive repeat visits and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to align blog content with campaigns and audience interests.
  • Monitor website traffic and blog performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to suggest fresh, innovative blogging topics and push strategies.

Campaign Management & Coordination:

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and website platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and design across all channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital content with overall marketing goals.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and report KPIs such as email open rates, click-through rates, WhatsApp engagement, and blog traffic.
  • Measure the impact of push notifications on user retention and engagement.
  • Generate insights to continuously improve campaign and content effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or content creation.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), WhatsApp Business, and website analytics platforms.
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for SEO and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with website push notification tools like OneSignal or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing blogs or content-driven websites.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, Google Analytics, and WhatsApp Business API.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing strategies.
