We help enterprises automate complex workflows, monitor field operations, and extract real time insights from structured and unstructured data.

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and accelerate enterprise sales.

Role Overview

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of email campaigns across Scry AI's product lines. You will work closely with content, design, and sales teams to craft compelling campaigns that target enterprise buyers with relevant, actionable messaging. Your work will support lead nurturing, ABM programs, newsletters, and product education efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns across lead nurturing, product updates, webinars, newsletters, and drip programs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align content with campaign goals, segments, and buyer journeys
  • Write, edit, and QA emails for clarity, engagement, and accuracy

List Management and Segmentation

  • Manage email lists and ensure data hygiene across platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp
  • Build audience segments based on industry, role, behavior, and funnel stage
  • Support ABM and vertical-specific email cadences with personalized messaging

Analytics and Optimization

  • Track campaign performance and analyze open rates, CTRs, conversions, and pipeline impact
  • Test subject lines, CTAs, timing, and layouts to optimize performance
  • Report results with actionable insights to improve future campaigns

Compliance and Deliverability

  • Ensure campaigns adhere to data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CAN SPAM, etc.)
  • Monitor deliverability and maintain sender reputation

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B email marketing or demand generation roles
  • Experience with email platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for enterprise audiences
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, automation workflows, and lead scoring
  • Understanding of buyer journeys in enterprise tech or SaaS is a plus
