We design and curate culturally inspired gifts, jewelry, festive décor, and lifestyle products handcrafted by Indian artisans. We’re seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to manage, execute, and optimize all email and SMS marketing campaigns in Klaviyo — blending data-driven strategy with a deep understanding of Indian festivals, values, and emotions to connect authentically with our customers across the USA. Position Summary The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and analyzing all campaigns and flows in Klaviyo — including newsletters, product launches, festive promotions, and customer journeys. This role requires both creative and technical expertise : the ability to write engaging copy, build beautiful emails, segment audiences, and track performance metrics — all while staying true to LoveNspire’s cultural storytelling and brand tone. Key Responsibilities Plan, build, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo aligned with brand goals and seasonal calendars. Create and manage automated flows (welcome series, abandon cart, win-back, post-purchase, and re-engagement). Write culturally resonant copy that connects with the Indian diaspora — highlighting festivals like Diwali, Rakhi, Karwa Chauth, Navratri, and more. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing, mobile-optimized templates . Manage audience segmentation, tagging, and list hygiene . A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to maximize open and click rates. Track performance metrics (open, click, conversion, revenue per send) and present weekly reports. Maintain consistency with LoveNspire’s brand voice and visual identity . Stay updated on email compliance and deliverability best practices (CAN-SPAM, A2P) . Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo email marketing (flows, campaigns, segmentation, reporting). Proven ability to write emotionally engaging, festival-driven copy that connects with Indian culture. Strong understanding of email analytics and optimization techniques. Experience creating or editing email templates (Klaviyo editor or basic HTML knowledge). Knowledge of Shopify–Klaviyo integration . Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and cultural nuance. Bonus: Experience managing SMS/Whatsapp campaigns and audience automations.
