About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Education Loan Counsellor to join our Education Finance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enabling students to pursue their international education dreams by guiding them through education loan solutions and partnering with leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Student Guidance: Advise students and parents on available education loan options, eligibility, and application processes.

● Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads into successful loan applications, ensuring monthly revenue and conversion targets are achieved.

● Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and educational institutions to secure competitive loan offerings.

● Customer Experience: Provide end-to-end assistance throughout the loan journey, ensuring transparency, trust, and customer satisfaction.

● Performance Tracking: Use CRM systems and reporting tools to manage leads, monitor conversions, and analyze performance metrics.

● Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, organizational policies, and ethical practices in all loan processing activities.

● Data Analysis - Analyse pipeline and strategize conversion. 

Desired Skills & Qualifications

● Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in education loans, financial services, or banking.

● Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

● Ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships with partner.

● Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analytics, Microsoft office and digital tools.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
