About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Education Loan Counsellor to join our Study Abroad Operations team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enabling students to pursue their international education dreams by guiding them through tailored loan solutions and collaborating with leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Guidance: Counsel students and parents on education loan options, eligibility, and application processes.
• Lead Conversion: Drive conversions of qualified leads into successful loan applications, achieving monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Partnership Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and educational institutions to secure competitive loan offerings.
• Customer Experience: Deliver end-to-end assistance throughout the loan journey, ensuring transparency, trust, and satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM systems and reporting tools to manage leads, monitor conversions, and analyze performance metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, organizational policies, and ethical practices.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate loan pipelines and strategize for improved conversions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in education loans, financial services, or banking.
• Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analytics, Microsoft Office, and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
