About the Role

Education Loan Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Student Guidance:

  Counsel students and parents on education loan options, eligibility, and application processes.

• Lead Conversion:

  Drive conversions of qualified leads into successful loan applications, achieving monthly revenue and conversion targets.

• Partnership Management:

  Build and nurture strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and educational institutions to secure competitive loan offerings.

• Customer Experience:

  Deliver end-to-end assistance throughout the loan journey, ensuring transparency, trust, and satisfaction.

• Performance Tracking:

  Utilize CRM systems and reporting tools to manage leads, monitor conversions, and analyze performance metrics.

• Compliance:

  Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, organizational policies, and ethical practices.

• Data Analysis:

  Evaluate loan pipelines and strategize for improved conversions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in education loans, financial services, or banking.
