Education Loan Counsellor

As an Education Loan Counsellor at our company in Gurugram, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and parents through the education loan process. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing student guidance by advising on education loan options, eligibility criteria, and application procedures. - Converting qualified leads into successful loan applications to meet monthly revenue and conversion targets. - Managing partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and educational institutions to secure competitive loan offerings. - Ensuring a positive customer experience by offering end-to-end assistance, promoting transparency, trust, and satisfaction. - Tracking performance metrics using CRM systems and reporting tools for lead management and conversion analysis. - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, organizational policies, and ethical practices in all loan processing activities. - Analyzing pipeline data to strategize lead conversion.
