Our goal is to help students make informed decisions by providing over 200,000 college reviews. Collegedunia has a daily average of 10 Lac sessions and aims to reach even more students in the future. 1. Team Management Supervise and guide counsellors to ensure consistent and effective delivery of services. Allocate cases and manage workload distribution. Provide support in challenging counselling situations. 2. Quality Assurance Monitor the quality of counselling sessions through regular reviews, audits, and feedback. Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational policies. 3. Training and Development Identify training needs of the counselling team. Organize and/or conduct skill enhancement workshops and training sessions. 4. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of team performance, client progress, and case histories. Prepare periodic reports for management and stakeholders. 5. Client Escalation Handling Manage escalated or high-risk cases and ensure appropriate intervention. Coordinate with external agencies or senior management when needed. 6. Coordination and Communication Act as a bridge between counsellors and management. Facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-ones to address concerns and share updates. 7. Program Development Support in developing and updating counselling protocols and tools.
