Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor, based in New Delhi. The Educational Counselor will engage with students to guide them in selecting suitable academic and career paths. Key responsibilities include providing counseling services, addressing educational and career-related inquiries, facilitating student development, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Additionally, the counselor will act as a liaison between students and the organization to create a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in Career Counseling and fostering career development strategies
• Knowledge in the field of Education and program offerings
• Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and motivation to provide guidance
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
