Educational Counselor

As a Counsellor at our company, your main responsibility will be to conduct Face to Face & Telephonic counselling for students seeking admission in various Universities in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Germany, New Zealand & Canada. You will also be tasked with maintaining a student database, ensuring regular follow-ups on potential leads, and promoting our Test Preparation courses like IELTS & PTE training. Your role will require active engagement with fresh leads, conducting follow-ups to drive walk-ins, conversions, and admissions. Additionally, you will need to stay updated with the latest information through reading, self-studies, and online research to provide accurate guidance to students. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Face to Face & Telephonic counselling for students seeking admission in Universities across multiple countries - Maintain a student database and ensure regular follow-ups on potential leads - Promote Test Preparation courses like IELTS & PTE training - Engage with fresh leads, conduct follow-ups to drive walk-ins, conversions, and admissions - Stay updated with the latest information through reading, self-studies, and online research Qualifications Required: - Pleasant personality, approachable & customer-friendly demeanor - Counseling experience in at least 3 out of the 6 mentioned countries, with knowledge of the UK being an added advantage - Aptitude for continuous research, learning & knowledge - Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills, both written and spoken - Proven track record of sales with excellent sales skills - Ability to counsel students, convert Leads into walk-ins, and walk-ins into admissions - Working knowledge of Computers and MS Office - Internet and social media Savvy - Ability to work in a target-driven and result-oriented environment - Marketing skills and experience of blogging and online counseling on education portals & Facebook groups will be advantageous - Minimum 1 year experience as an overseas education counselor,
