We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Head to lead, expand, and accelerate our online presence across all major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will drive our digital growth strategy, manage multi-platform operations, and establish Jensons International as a dominant player in the online kitchenware market.
- Lead and manage operations across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Swiggy, and other relevant marketplaces
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase market share, visibility, and sales on each platform
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize ROI
- Monitor and analyze platform-specific metrics, trends, and consumer behavior
- Develop and implement long-term e-commerce growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging platforms for business expansion
- Create and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination across platforms
- Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms with platform partners
- Implement efficient processes for order processing, customer service, and returns management
- Drive revenue growth through data-driven decision making and performance analysis
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research
- Optimize conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value
- Implement A/B testing for product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team
- Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for team members
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in consumer goods or kitchenware industry
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple e-commerce platforms simultaneously
- Strong track record of driving significant revenue growth and market expansion
- Experience with quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart) is highly preferred
- Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools, marketplace dashboards, and reporting systems
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP integration
- Knowledge of marketplace policies, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking with attention to operational details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
