Digital Marketing Intern – Sarha Location: Mumbai About Sarha Sarha is a contemporary saree brand that blends tradition with modern aesthetics, serving customers across India. As we scale our digital footprint through D2C channels and leading marketplaces like Myntra, we’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Intern to support our growth journey. What You’ll Do As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll assist in growing our D2C website and improving digital customer experiences. You’ll work closely with our e-commerce manager, performance marketing agency, and content team. Website Support (D2C Focus) Assist in updating products, descriptions, banners, and homepage sections on Shopify. Help monitor website performance and report bugs, broken links, or UX issues. Support A/B testing, landing page updates, and user experience improvements. Marketing Execution Help draft and schedule email and WhatsApp campaigns using CRM tools. Monitor campaign performance and suggest content tweaks for better engagement. Collaborate with the content intern to repurpose visuals and posts for emailers or blogs. Marketplace Coordination (Optional) Support listing uploads and content updates on Myntra, Amazon, etc. Help optimize product descriptions and images based on trends and feedback. SEO & Analytics (Basic) Conduct keyword research and ensure basic SEO hygiene for products and pages. Support blog uploads and internal linking. Track website traffic and behavior via Google Analytics and share weekly insights. What We’re Looking For Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Digital Commerce, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Shopify, Canva, Google Analytics, and email tools. Interest in Indian fashion and D2C branding. Detail-oriented with a flair for writing or visual storytelling (bonus). A go-getter attitude who’s eager to learn and execute. Ecommerce & B2B Operations Executive

E-commerce Executive: To manage the end-to-end backend operations for Sarha’s e-commerce business including inventory updates, coordination with warehousing and logistics teams, ensuring timely order fulfilment, and supporting day-to-day communication between the Surat production unit, warehousing team and online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Update and monitor inventory across all online sales platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Website, etc.) Ensure stock accuracy and prevent overselling or stock-outs Work closely with the e-commerce team/agency to manage listings, price changes, and promotional updates Handle order tracking, return/replacement cases, and customer escalations related to dispatches Prepare and maintain weekly reports on sales, inventory, and pending orders Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and delivery issue resolutions Assist in packaging instructions and ensuring proper labelling and documentation for shipments All operations related to e-commerce business of Sarha with respect to supply chain, logistics and e-commerce team and agencies. Tracking data and preparing reports related to e-commerce business B2B Sales Operations: To support Sarha’s wholesale and B2B sales efforts by assisting in pricing, product cataloging, client coordination, and streamlining backend sales operations to ensure smooth execution of orders and strong relationships with trade partners and also develop and convert new leads. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize product catalogues and price lists for B2B clients Coordinate with wholesalers and retailers for order follow-ups, dispatch tracking, and payment reminders Manage communication with B2B clients through WhatsApp, calls, or CRM systems Update internal sales trackers and assist in creating performance and sales reports Assist in onboarding new trade partners and sharing brand/product information efficiently Common Tasks for both the Operations: Liaise with the operations and inventory team (Surat Warehouse) for new SKUs update and also for their shoot status Travel to Surat if needed once or twice in a month for a day trip if needed. Liaise with the production team and weavers in Surat on a need basis. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily bank balance summary and perform bank reconciliations. Record bank receipts, payments, vendor credits, and customer adjustments. Process expenses, invoicing, e-way bills, and rent/bank interest payments. Manage brokerage commissions and credit card expenses. Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3B. Handle TDS calculations and payments (monthly & quarterly). Update monthly stock statements and maintain inventory adjustments. Track vendor outstanding, customer outstanding, and AR aging reports. Process salary workings and disbursements. Maintain cash vouchers and raise credit notes for rate differences. Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and coordination with external consultants (CA/auditors). Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field. 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience with proficiency in Tally.
