We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of both Aleia and Sarha. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy • Create and execute engaging content (posts, reels, stories, BTS, campaigns) tailored to both Aleia and Sarha across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Develop and manage monthly content calendars for both brands. • Adapt global fashion trends and cultural narratives into unique storytelling aligned with each brand’s voice. Influencer Collaborations & UGC • Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers, creators, and micro-influencers relevant to each brand. • Drive UGC (user-generated content) campaigns to strengthen brand trust and community engagement. Community Engagement & Analytics • Manage DMs, comments, and community spaces with authentic engagement. • Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for growth in reach and engagement. Trend Spotting & Creative Execution • Stay updated on global fashion, ethnic fashion, and social media trends. • Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content showcasing each brand’s unique story. • Support personal branding initiatives for the founders and leadership team. Who We’re Looking For • Strong passion for fashion, luxury, and lifestyle with the ability to balance global power dressing (Aleia) and traditional ethnic fashion (Sarha). • Hands-on experience managing social media for fashion/lifestyle brands is preferred. • Creative thinker with good knowledge of tools like Instagram, Canva and scheduling platforms. • Strong communication and community-building skills. • Organized and agile, able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
