Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Coordinator located in North Goa. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing online sales channels, ensuring accurate product listings, monitoring inventory levels, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves daily use of analytical skills to track sales performance, communication with customers, and coordination with other team members to optimize the e-commerce strategy.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills to provide excellent support and resolve customer inquiries
  • Experience in E-Commerce management, including product listings and inventory control
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
  • Sales skills to support and enhance online sales initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing, SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media ads

    .
  • Proficiency with

    e-commerce platforms

    (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar) and marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategy to meet sales and revenue goals.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy across platforms (website, marketplaces, apps).
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the digital landscape.


Performance & Growth

  • Drive online sales performance through SEO, SEM, paid ads, social commerce, and affiliate channels.
  • Optimize conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs such as traffic, sales, and campaign ROI.


Customer Experience

  • Ensure seamless customer journey across platforms (website navigation, checkout, payment, shipping, returns).
  • Coordinate with customer support to address queries and improve satisfaction.
  • Manage reviews, ratings, and online reputation.


Collaboration & Team Management

  • Work closely with marketing, design, logistics, and technology teams.
  • Lead and mentor junior executives/assistants in e-commerce operations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies/partners for performance marketing and tech development.
