About the Role:

Key Account Manager

relocate to Goa

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and implement effective

  brand strategies

  to drive client growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, performance, social media) to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Oversee and review content to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Analyze campaign performance and present insights with actionable recommendations to clients.
• Handle client escalations and proactively resolve any issues.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to business retention.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the client and internal teams for effective execution.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports, presentations, and strategic updates to clients.
• Be willing to

  travel as and when required

  for client meetings or project needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience

  in account management or client servicing in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong background in

  content writing and brand strategy.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to

  relocate to Goa

  and

  travel as required.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
