Ecommerce Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our customers’ online store performance. Your key responsibilities will include site setup, product content management, quality control, and coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This position requires strong attention to detail, creativity in visual presentation, and the technical aptitude to troubleshoot and optimize ecommerce platforms effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to work closely with international clients and teams, maintaining flexibility to operate in different time zones.

• Availability to Work from Office

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience in ecommerce coordination, site management, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and related tools.

• Basic knowledge of CSS is a strong plus.

• Proficiency in image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail, with solid QC and testing capabilities.

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to explore new technologies.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ecommerce site content, including product listings, settings, banners, and images.

• Create and update product visuals, ensuring consistency with brand standards and accuracy across listings.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, and IT) to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.

• Troubleshoot site issues promptly and coordinate resolutions to minimize downtime or user disruptions.

• Conduct thorough quality control and testing of website features, product pages, and user flows before launch or updates.

• Monitor and analyze site performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, and user engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Assist with ecommerce projects such as new site launches, redesigns, and platform migrations.
