Job Title: E-Commerce Executive
About Us
Raj Impex is a dynamic trading/export company. We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy E-Commerce Executive to manage our online presence, drive online sales growth, and ensure seamless customer experience across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce operations across multiple platforms (marketplace listings, web-store, etc.).
Create, upload, and optimize product listings: titles, descriptions, images, pricing, stock availability.
Monitor inventory levels in coordination with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, etc.) and propose actionable improvements.
Implement digital marketing initiatives: SEO for product pages, PPC campaigns (Google Shopping, marketplace ads), email marketing, social media integration.
Work on marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns (e.g., discounts, bundles) to boost sales.
Coordinate with content/graphics team to ensure high-quality images, videos and ad creative.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, manage seller account health, resolve issues (returns, disputes, negative feedback).
Monitor competitor activity, pricing changes, market trends and recommend strategies accordingly.
Handle customer queries and support via e-commerce channels, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Collaborate with supply-chain, logistics and finance teams to reconcile orders, AR/AP, shipping costs and customer returns.
Stay updated about industry best practices, new e-commerce technologies and emerging customer behaviours.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience managing e-commerce operations (preferably in B2B or export trade environment).
Good understanding of major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, etc.) and/or B2B portals.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards).
Good understanding of SEO, digital advertising and online marketing tools.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), comfortable in English and Hindi (or local language).
Proactive, detail-oriented, with ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, export documentation (if export channels involved) is a plus.
Basic graphic/email-campaign editing skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp (desirable).
KPIs / Performance Metrics
Growth in online sales (month-on-month / year-on-year)
Conversion rate of product listings
Average order value (AOV) and customer retention on e-commerce channels
Number of new SKUs launched each period
Percentage of listings compliant with marketplace best practices
Return rate / negative feedback rate
Time to respond to customer queries and issue resolution
