Job Description

We are hiring an Ecommerce Executive to manage day-to-day ecommerce operations for our USA-based clothing brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken & written English to handle international customer queries professionally. candidate should have hands-on experience in Shopify ecommerce operations, product listing, order management, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Operations

  • Manage daily ecommerce website operations (product updates, pricing, offers).
  • Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, variants).
  • Ensure website content, collections, and banners are accurate and updated.

Order & Inventory Management

  • Monitor daily orders and coordinate with fulfillment / warehouse teams.
  • Track inventory levels and avoid stock mismatches.
  • Handle order issues such as delays, cancellations, and failed deliveries.

Customer Support (International – USA Market)

  • Handle customer queries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Manage return, refund, and exchange requests professionally.
  • Resolve complaints while maintaining brand tone and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with US customers in English.

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist marketing teams in creating offer pages, collections, and landing pages.
  • Support ongoing promotions, seasonal sales, and campaigns.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and order reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, tech, logistics).
  • Identify website issues and escalate to the concerned team.

Key Skills & RequirementsMust-Have Skills

  • 1–3 years experience in ecommerce operations (fashion/clothing preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – mandatory
  • Experience handling international customer queries
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

  • Product listing & catalog management
  • Order processing & inventory tracking
  • Basic ecommerce analytics (Shopify / Google Analytics)
  • Excel / Google Sheets for reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,037.61 - ₹31,671.57 per month
