Job Description

HORAD is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive with long term work commitment . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills (English + Tamil), confidence, and the ability to convert leads into successful purchases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
  • Promote and explain HORAD products to potential customers
  • Convert leads into confirmed purchases
  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential customers.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth orders processing
  • Maintain records of leads, calls, and bookings. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues through various channels like phone, email, or in person.
  • Relationship management: Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and information in a customer database.
  • Internal coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Feedback and analysis: Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and provide insights to management, which helps improve service quality and business strategies.
  • Customer retention: Support and implement strategies to retain customers and encourage loyalty.

Requirements

  • Any experience in any sales domain is deseriable but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
