Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms. You will develop brand promotions, manage product-line communication, monitor performance through analytics tools, and respond to inquiries—while maintaining the company’s unique voice and guidelines.

You will continuously generate engaging content, brainstorm new campaign ideas, and evaluate performance to improve future strategies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, design, and legal to ensure consistency with the company’s overall promotional and branding objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and platform-appropriate content on a consistent basis.
  • Research and understand the target audience to deliver relevant and impactful content.
  • Maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms.
  • Create and manage a regular publishing/posting schedule.
  • Promote content through social advertising and campaign pushes.
  • Track performance using social media analytics tools and prepare improvement strategies.
  • Identify organizational development opportunities that enhance content performance (e.g., employee engagement, training, recognition initiatives).
  • Work on brand development and ensure messaging aligns with company goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, PR, creative, operations, etc.) to align campaigns with broader company initiatives.
  • Respond to social media inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft effective copy for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and writing optimized content.
  • Research skills to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new analytics/measurement tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with online audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, SEO, and general computer skills.
  • Creativity and ability to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
