Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager for an on-site position at our West Delhi office. The Social Media Manager will create, implement, and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Core responsibilities include developing content strategies, managing platforms, creating engaging posts, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Collaboration with the design and development teams for aligned communication is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Strong skills in Communication and Writing
Experience in creating and implementing successful Content Strategies
Analytical skills for monitoring and optimizing social media performance
Familiarity with social media platforms, tools, and trends
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Experience in multimedia services or design industries is an advantage
