Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow

  social media handles

  (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for beauty brands
• Plan, execute, and optimize

  organic and paid (inorganic) social media campaigns

• Own the

  social media content calendar

  —planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Ideate

  new campaign concepts, reels, launches, offers, and engagement ideas

• Work closely with internal teams / founders on brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging
• Track basic performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement

Must-Have Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience

  in Social Media Marketing

• Mandatory experience in cosmetic or beauty brands

• Strong understanding of

  makeup, skincare, and beauty trends

• Experience handling

  both organic & paid social campaigns

• Creative mindset with strong ideation and execution skills

Industry Preference (Very Important)

• First priority:

  Candidates from

  Cosmetics / Beauty brands

• Second priority:

  Candidates from

  Skincare brands only
