You will also be responsible for setting up and leading the sales team, managing P&L across all events and properties, driving sales team targets, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and creating and executing partnership proposals and contracts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or Marketing, at least 4 years of experience in sports sponsorship sales, brand strategy and management skills, strong communication skills, sales expertise, experience in developing brand partnerships, a good understanding of brand positioning, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.,

Retail Operations: Taking ownership and meeting all designated category targets and sales goals on the sales floor, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Attaining and sustaining healthy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Order Value (AOV), Average Basket Size (ABS), billing frequency, while providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to business teams to drive solutions for growth Customer Experience: Continuously strive to enhance the overall floor service experience Understanding customer needs and suggesting products by mapping customer personality, occasion, and requirement Responsible for all categories floor VM and displays ( set-up, mix & match, and quantity) and their regular upkeep Understand, own, and drive the Cerise Loyalty Program on the floor along with the Team Floor Operations & VM: Work closely with shop operations to drive hygiene and experience on the floor Monitoring inventory levels across all product categories, fulfilling requisitions based on customer purchases, and guaranteeing ample stock availability on the sales floor Collaborating closely with the Inventory and Warehouse teams to ensure that stock is available for the required categories on the sales floor.
