Role Description

The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms to boost the company’s brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include developing engaging content tailored to the target audience, managing social media accounts, optimizing social media performance (SMO), and creating impactful communication strategies. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Optimization (SMO) to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement
  • 2-4 years of experience managing international social media accounts ( preferably USA & UK )
  • Strong understanding of meta ( facebook, instagram,tiktok, youtube and emerging international platforms.
  • Experience in creating and implementing innovative Content Strategies for various social media platforms
  • Ability to monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt campaigns for optimal results
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms, and the ability to stay updated on emerging trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience managing social media in a fast-paced environment, healthcare industry experience is a bonus
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
