Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who possess strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages in a professional manner. Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and accurately. Document all interactions and maintain records in the system. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Work in rotational shifts including weekends and night shifts as needed. Requirements: 0–1 year of experience in customer service or related field (freshers welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [insert local language, if any]. Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
