Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Experience with CRM systems or support software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
