Job Title: Growth Manager – Marketplaces Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2–4 years Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Growth Manager to oversee and drive performance across various Indian marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing at least one major marketplace (such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage marketplace operations and strategy across leading Indian e-commerce platforms. Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Work closely with internal teams to optimize listings, pricing, and promotional strategies. Conduct competitive analysis and market research. Coordinate with marketplace account managers and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. Travel once a month for marketplace visits or business meetings, as required.
